Katapult Future Fest is committed to cultivating a community rooted in trust, curiosity, respect, and belonging. These guidelines help ensure a safe, generative, and inclusive experience for all.

Code of Conduct

KFF 2026 is scheduled to take place on May 27-29, 2026 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, across multiple venues including, but not limited to, Tolhuistuin (TNT) and Ruigoord. Program details, locations, and schedules will be published on our website (www.katapultfuturefest.com) and may be updated at any time.

Community Expectations

KFF is a space built on genuine connection, trust, and meaningful exchange - not transactional solicitation. To maintain an environment where people can share openly, we ask attendees to:

  • Prioritize authentic relationship-building over sales pitches
  • Be mindful of others’ time, space, and attention
  • Ask before pitching products or investment opportunities
  • Approach conversations with generosity, curiosity, and respect

Confidentiality & Privacy Norms

KFF is a space where many people share early ideas, personal experiences, or sensitive work. We ask all attendees to use good judgment when taking or posting photos and videos. We specifically ask attendees to refrain from sharing:

  • Personal stories or vulnerable disclosures without permission
  • Slides, notes, or project details marked or communicated as confidential
  • Sensitive content from small-group or closed-door sessions

In general: celebrate the festival, but be mindful of what you share and to whom it belongs.

Accessability and Support

We aim to make KFF as accessible and inclusive for all participants.

  • Investor Day venue accessibility information available via the Tolhuistuin website
  • Festival Days venue accessibility information pending and will be updated soon

If you have accessibility requests or would like to discuss your needs, please contact us at hello@katapult.tech so we can support you.
