Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of tickets and participation in Katapult Future Fest 2026 (“KFF” or the “Event”), organized by Katapult X (“Organizer”, “we”, “our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending KFF, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the KFF Community Guidelines, which form an integral part of your participation.
Event Overview
KFF 2026 is scheduled to take place on May 27-29, 2026 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, across multiple venues including, but not limited to, Tolhuistuin (TNT) and Ruigoord. Program details, locations, and schedules will be published on our website (www.katapultfuturefest.com) and may be updated at any time.
Refunds & Ticket Transfers
All ticket sales are final and cannot be canceled or refunded after purchase. They may; however, be transferred to another person by contacting the Organizer at hello@katapult.tech prior to the Event. Resale for profit is prohibited.
Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure
The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the program, schedule, speakers, venue, or format. If KFF is fully canceled by the Organizer, ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid. There is no further claim for damages. If the event is interrupted, relocated, postponed, or modified due to force majeure, official orders, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our control, refunds may not be provided.
Admission & Security
Entry requires a valid ticket or registration. The Organizer or venue staff may conduct bag checks, security screenings, or deny entry if a participant appears intoxicated, is carrying prohibited items, engages in abusive, harmful, or unsafe behavior, or violates venue policies.
Prohibited Items & Behaviors
The following are not permitted at any KFF venue, and may result in your removal from the Event without refund:
- Behavior that constitutes harassment, discrimination, or disruption (see Code of Conduct below)
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Fireworks or pyrotechnics
- Professional video/film equipment (unless accredited)
- Pets (except certified service animals)
Photography & Recording Notice (Organizer Rights)
By attending KFF, you acknowledge that the Organizer and accredited media may capture photos, video recordings, and audio recordings. These may be used by the Organizer free of charge for documentation, storytelling, reporting and future promotional purposes across various media channels, including materials for partners or sponsors.
If you prefer not to appear in Organizer content, please let our team know on arrival so we can provide guidance.
Liability
The Organizer is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Specifically, the Organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items, personal injury caused by participant negligence or violation of guidelines, third-party venue issues outside our control, or incidental or consequential damages
Venue Rules
Participants must follow venue terms and conditions, safety instructions, emergency procedures, accessibility restrictions, site-specific substance-use policies, and instructions from venue or Organizer staff.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Where permitted, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
