Jess Hackett

For nearly 20 years, Jess Hackett has advised international families from a traditional law firm, family office and then trust company. In more recent years, she has been exploring how shedding the traditional setting allows for more creativity and impact.

Currently, Jess is coordinating the Coalition for Impact with a focus on financial systems change. For a long time, she spent a long time grappling with what her purpose is. Slowly, Jess started to enjoy the process of discovery and learning, instead of forcing an arrival at the wrong destination. This has led her to connect with people and ideas to create a positive impact, while helping others get closer to their purpose.
