Jimmy Westerheim

At the age of 27, Jimmy had reached the pinnacle of his career, but he was feeling unmotivated and trapped in loneliness as both a man and a professional. As he went on to gain diverse experiences through work, education, and fieldwork, he couldn't help but wonder why mental health was not given more attention. This curiosity led him to create The Human Aspect Foundation.

The Human Aspect Foundation (THA) interviews people from all walks of life about their toughest challenges and the tools they picked up along the way. With over 1,000 interviews, THA is the largest digital resource for mental health.

THA's digital platform provides easily accessible resources for people to learn more about mental health. Its vision is to redefine mental health globally by encouraging open conversation and seeking help when needed.
