Theresa Perez is the Managing Director of Atmos, which is a non-profit digital platform and biannual magazine. It is curated by a global community of artists, writers, and activists who are dedicated to ecological and social justice, creative storytelling, and reconnecting with the natural world.

Theresa is in charge of leading strategic organizational planning, sponsorships, development, and fundraising for the growing organization. Recently, she was responsible for managing the operations of a multi-agency marketing group focused on designing and producing projects in music and the arts. Their work with artists like Priya Ahluwalia, Bjork, and Sol Lewitt won many awards, including Cannes Lions and Clios, and was featured in popular publications such as Fast Company and Vogue.
