Wieteke is a neuroendocrinologist-turned-impact-investor who has a strong academic background in the fields of neuroendocrinology (PhD), physiology, and cellular and molecular biology (MSc). Her research experience includes working with animal, cellular, and molecular model systems. However, in recent years, her focus has shifted towards addressing the climate and biodiversity crisis. As a next-gen, she has been expanding her knowledge of impact investing, regenerative agriculture, soil regeneration, and permaculture.

Currently, Wieteke works for a small family office, where she combines her scientific expertise with her passion for sustainable investing. Her work involves identifying and investing in companies that are committed to creating a positive impact on the environment and society while generating financial returns.
