Laura Francois

Laura is a socio-environmental entrepreneur and strategist who co-founded and leads The Awe Exchange, a non-profit lab that examines awe's power to drive collaborative environmental action. She is pioneering "awe-based change-making" and embedding awe as a missing ingredient in systems change.

Additionally, Laura co-founded The Spaceship to teach entrepreneurs sustainable practices and led entities such as Fashion Revolution Malaysia/Singapore, which advances circular production and ethical labor. Currently, she mentors startups on responsible scaling at Fashion for Good.

Aside from her awe-based impact strategy work, Laura is editing her first book, Reload.Earth. The book explores creativity as a renewable resource for change-makers who aim to reimagine sustainable systems.
