Sissel Aarak is the Managing Director of SOS Children's Villages Norway, committed to transforming the INGO sector from within. Leading an ongoing governance reform of the international federation, and also part of the international leadership team for the transformation of the international headquarters.

Sissel is passionate about shifting the power and decolonizing aid. She fights for and believes in transparency, especially when it hurts.
