Tera Terpstra

As an entrepreneur, Tera Terpstra has been in the impact investing space for more than 20 years. As the co-founder of Wire Group and Toniic Europe, she has contributed to helping build the Impact ecosystem in the Netherlands and Europe.

Tera is very motivated to empower women wealth holders and the next generation on their Impact journeys. She uses regression therapy to release the deep and hidden root causes of human and ecosystem healing. In Spain, Tera is responsible for the strategic partnerships of the Pioneers of our Time, an ambitious regeneration project of 100,000 hectares.

Previously, Tera played a determining role in the transition of various foundations, e.g. Buzz Woman, Achmea Foundation, and Anton Jurgens Foundation. Before her impact career, she held different management and board positions in the corporate world.
